The Dark Side Joins AeA

AeA Texas Appoints Sue Dark to Vice Chair Position

DALLAS, TEXAS - The already well-rounded and dynamic AeA Texas Council team gets an infusion of seasoned leadership as they appoint Sue Dark to the position of vice chairperson. In this role, Sue will be an integral part of the AeA leadership team and a driving force within the Texas technology industry.

As founder of Dallas-based Deep Nines Technologies, Sue currently serves as the company's chief executive officer. Along with being an original Memorex employee, her 25-year background in technology includes participation with the instrumentation development team for the Apollo 11 and 12 groups at MIT-Lincoln Laboratories/USAF. In addition, while with Memorex, she worked with such clients as New England Telephone, ITT Sheraton, IDC and the MIT Artificial Intelligence Lab. Sue's appointment places her in line to become AeA Texas board chair in October 2005.

"AeA offers so many opportunities for its members to become better educated and take a more active role in technology legislation," said Dark.
