DeepNines Introduces Infection Free NetworkingT

DALLAS, TEXAS - DeepNines Technologies, a network security systems provider, today announced the launch of its Infection Free NetworkingT (IFN) product suite, a complete end-point security network that bridges the gap between network-based and host-based security by protecting networks from the perimeter to the end point. IFN inspects and detects all network traffic for worms, viruses, "zero-day" attacks, router vulnerabilities and other malicious traffic and automatically quarantines infections at the end-point before they impact business operations.

DeepNines' IFN is a complete security system that provides network and security administrators with enforcement of security policy to the end point. IFN does not require additional software on the end point to enforce security policy or forklift upgrades of existing network hardware, thus significantly reducing deployment and operating expenses. IFN has the ability to recognize malicious activity on any end point and immediately quarantine that end-point before it infects the network, without disrupting legitimate traffic. The system then allows for a variety of remediation options to deal with the infected end-points including automatic block, allow, ignore, limit and clean.

Also released today is DeepNines Integrated Security ArchitectureT (ISA), a security system based on DeepNines flagship Security Edge PlatformT (SEP) that is designed to facilitate the safe and free exchange of information by enforcing security policy, capturing and archiving all traffic entering and leaving a network and preventing intrusions. This allows organizations to secure and protect their confidential information, which helps them comply with government regulatory standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley, GLB, HIPAA and the Patriot Act.
